Training field workers: Deciphering an unprecedented study in France

Discover the results of our study on the training of field workers in France! Field workers, or “frontline workers” as they are often referred to in the Anglo-Saxon world, represent an essential part of our economy, occupying key positions in sectors such as sales, logistics, production or maintenance. However, their training needs are still largely undervalued and often misunderstood. And at Beedeez, we are convinced that we better support what we understand and what we know well. Conducted by Beedeez in collaboration with IFOP, our study answers several fundamental questions:

• Who are these field workers really in France?
• Why is the concept of “frontline workers”, common in Anglo-Saxon countries, struggling to impose itself in France?
• What are the expectations of these populations in terms of training, and how can we support them more effectively in their skills development?

The study, which will be unveiled at the end of October, aims to provide concrete, numerical and categorized data on these workers, to better understand their profile and the specific challenges they face. This webinar will be an opportunity to discover the results of the study in preview, but also to discuss with experts in the sector on best practices for training these workers. We will discuss concrete solutions to meet the needs of these frontline teams, often at the heart of the action but rarely at the center of traditional training strategies.
