About the study
With IFOP, Beedeez has conducted a new French study dedicated to field teams: a second edition that explores what really determines the effectiveness of field teams: understanding priorities, information flow, the role of the collective and the constraints of everyday life.
Because the difficulties in the field are also at play elsewhere than in the systems themselves, and raise key questions:
- How are priorities really understood on the ground?
- How does information flow to field teams?
- What role does the collective play in daily work?
- What helps — or hampers — the effectiveness of field teams on a day-to-day basis?
