Learner communities on Beedeez
Summary

To learn effectively, it is important that learners are stimulated and interested in training. It is one thing to make training mandatory to encourage employees to make capsules, but the best way to engage learners is still by offering them topics of personalized training, that they are really interested in and that offer real added value.

It was from this observation that the idea of create communities of learners which would be distributed according to their personal interests, their seniority or their jobs to succeed in creating a group united around the same objective: to learn.

A lively and lively community

Thanks to the Beedeez solution, learners from the same community can at any time exchange via the flow or else sharing content with the communities to which they belong.

The aim of such communities is to offer learners specialized and personalized content, but also to create a cohesion between employees. By having access to the same content, they will have the opportunity to measure themselves against each other thanks to the Battle mode or through a Live capsule and thus to assess the place they occupy in their community. This estimate then makes it possible to create a group emulation and pushes each learner to excel.

Within each community, learners also have the opportunity to share practical actions through the use of tips. This sharing of Informal knowledge aims to enrich the knowledge of employees and to value those who share it.

Federate around the same theme

Communities are therefore designed to allow federate learners around a theme that is dear to them. Stimulated by the subject, employees themselves take initiatives and do Experience the community naturally by sharing, exchanging and learning from each other.

To facilitate this exchange, each capsule has its own forum where learners can ask each other questions, interact with the trainer, and even react to questions from others. The forum is therefore a space for exchange and sharing where employees can give their opinions and share their knowledge.

Learner communities are therefore the fruit the need of one or more collaborators. Depending on the need, a community arises in order toswap, of share knowledge, formal or informal, on a given theme and thus learn more in a Social Learning logic.
