The challenge

Because well-being at work also requires successful integration — Extia's challenge was to offer complete and engaging onboarding to its new employees. It is much more than a moment of adaptation, it is the crucial moment that determines his commitment, his rise in skills, but above all his loyalty over the long term.

The starting point for this new training strategy is based on the results of a survey. Great Place to Work which revealed that employees needed an increase in skills and a training offer.

To offer the best possible experience, Extia needed a platform that allowed to:

The deployment of Beedeez

To meet this need, Extia turned to Beedeez to include Mobile Learning in its training program. A collaborative back office, statistics that facilitate learners' progress, a design and attractive application — all the bells and whistles were in place to guarantee the success of this launch!
