How to facilitate the training of local populations?

While so-called “office” jobs can easily access the training materials deployed internally, the same is not true for “field” trades working on site or outside the head office.In addition to being exclusive for some employees, training is often considered time-consuming and not very engaging. Its accessibility, in the sense that it must be sufficiently adapted and easy to use, is therefore essential. So: What solutions exist to make training available for all? How to innovate and make its formats more fun?
