About the Webinar

How do you develop a learning culture within your company? This is the question we asked ourselves with Halima Mebrak, Business Partner Learning at FED Group, Christophe Patte, Editorial Director at MyRHline and Charlotte Rambaud, Marketing Manager at Beedeez!

What is a learning culture?

A learning culture is the ability of your employees to learn and continue to learn throughout their working lives within your company.
Learning culture is Encourage employees to learn.
Training should not be exclusively reserved for developing an X or Y skill for a very specific need at a specific time.
Training must take place throughout professional life, on skills that the employee wishes to develop.

Why is adopting a learning culture important for your business?

It is an essential strategy for creating a sense of belonging among your employees as well as for valuing skills.
Giving your employees the opportunity to train over the long term and develop their skills has many benefits for your company:
→ employees who adapt better to changes
→ more involved and committed employees
→ a valued employer brand
→ an increase in productivity
→ improving the performance of your business over the long term

How did the FED Group set up a learning culture?

This new strategy was based on an observation within the group: the courses were top-down and for the most part mandatory. Unfortunately, employees did not develop enough skills.
It was therefore necessary to put professional practice back at the heart of training and to involve managers more.

We have made consulting jobs evolve into consultant coaches to supervise the learning of employees.

We need to become a learning society. We need to put practice back at the heart of the business. The manager must finally once again become the center of practice for our new collaborators.

Today, within the FED Group, trainers are consultants. The company allowed them to evolve within their position to share their expertise and skills with the teams.

All of our trainers are consultants who have been trained in trainer training and digital instructional design. Beedeez precisely accompanied us on the design of modules and educational capsules.
