The restaurant industry is undergoing a major transformation since the sector is experiencing great difficulty in recruiting employees but especially in keeping them. Indeed, in recent years, the restaurant sector has been experiencing a shortage of staff, with 200,000 seasonal workers missing in particular for this summer 2024.
This problem highlights the lack of professional training available for employees in the field, which is nevertheless essential.
It is estimated that they train half as much as their colleagues and yet have essential knowledge. Amorino's challenges were therefore mainly to be able to drastically reduce turnover due to the fast-food sector, to offer a rapid training solution in order to ensure the onboarding of newcomers and finally to monitor the adherence of all franchisees in order to maintain a balance between the various points of sale.
